This is the fourth time that the romance of Mrs. Also other characters are displayed, as the relatives of Mrs.Lola: at the countryside lives her mother, her aunt and her sisters in the city lives the rich aunt Emília, sister of its father and her children: Justina, a young woman with psychological problems that holds her as child, and Adelaide, that lives in Europe and returning brings advanced ideas for the Brazil of the time. Lola at the end of her life, alone in an asylum: they were six, now only she remains. Lola's life is being modified, with the deaths of his husband and older son the disappearance of the middle son for the world the union of her daughter with a divorced man the ascension of the younger son through the marriage with his father's former boss' daughter. Lola is told since the childhood of her children, when his husband works to pay theirs house's mortgage, passing through the arrival of the children to the adulthood and oldness.
